Insurance checklist
Bring your insurance card, photo ID, and a list of current medications. If you are changing plans, email a photo of the front and back of your new card before your visit.
- We verify coverage within one business day.
- You will get a text summary of co-pays before your appointment.
- No insurance? Ask about our Brightside Smile Club membership.
Day-of reminders
Arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork and a quick tour. Forgot to floss? No worries—we will take care of it here.
- Cancellations under 24 hours incur a $40 fee.
- Need a quiet room? Let us know and we will provide headphones and dim lighting.
- We text when the dentist is ready so you can wait in your car if you prefer.
